IDENTIFICATION Organiser: Cala Retreats by Can Darder Soul Events is a holistic retreat programme that takes place at the Masia Can Darder Soul Events, located in the town of Llagostera (Girona-Costa Brava), Can Darder s/n. Can Darder Soul Events is equipped for the celebration of specific retreats, with all the necessary facilities, furniture and services. Contact: calaretreats@candarderevents.com

REGISTRATION PROCESS Registration Form: Those interested must complete the registration form available on the page www.candarderevents.com/en/calaretreats/ Initial Deposit: To reserve a place, a non-refundable deposit of 500€ must be made. This deposit guarantees your place in the retreat.

FULL PAYMENT Deadline: The client must pay the remaining amount of the retreat program no later than 30 days before the start date of the retreat. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer. PayPal or cash (the latter unless it exceeds the legal maximum allowed by law) Payment Confirmation: Once the full payment has been made, you will receive a registration confirmation via email..

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation by the Participant:

  • f participant cancel before 30 days of the start of the retreat, the initial deposit that would have guaranteed the place will not be refunded.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the start of the retreat.
  • If, for any reason, the client abandons the retreat before its completion, the proportionate part of the retreat will not be refunded.

Cancellation by the Organizer

  • Cala Retreats by Can Darder Soul Events reserves the right, in any circumstances, to cancel a retreat.
  • In the event that the organizer cancels the retreat, the possibility of transferring this reservation to other dates or the complete refund of the amount paid by the participant will be offered.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION Health Status: Participants must declare that they are in good physical and mental health, and that they are fit to participate in retreat activities. Personal Liability: Participants assume all responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the retreat.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS Minimum Age: Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Documentation: A digitized copy of a valid identification document will be required to complete the traveler's registration form and the retreat's registration.

PRIVACY POLICY AND IMAGE RIGHTS Use of Personal Data: The personal data collected during the registration process will be used only for the administration of the retreat and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent. Authorization that the participant's image may appear in photographs and/or videos during the activities of the Cala Retreats, and that might be published with the sole purpose of showing the same activities. In case of non-authorization, the participant will notify the Organizer.

GENERAL CONDITION Conduct: Participants are expected to maintain a respectful and collaborative conduct during the retreat. Modifications: During the program, changes in the type of activities or schedules may occur due to unforeseen events beyond the control of the Organization. In these cases, the client will be informed as soon as possible and changes will be made for similar activities or with schedules that interfere with the program as little as possible. In the facilities of the Masia Can Darder Soul Events it is totally forbidden - Smoking in all indoor spaces. Smoking will only be allowed in the outdoor spaces enabled. All rooms have a smoke detector. - The storage and use of any flammable, dangerous or combustible substance, fireworks, firecrackers, flares, flame balloons, etc.- Taking furniture or out of the premises and their usual facilities. - Throw confetti. - Access the pool with objects made of fragile materials and/or glass. - Causing nuisance to the neighborhood.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PARTICIPANT'S PERSONAL BELONGINGS The Organization is not responsible for the loss or damage suffered by the personal belongings of the clients during the retreat, nor for the custody and transfer of the same through the different spaces of the property.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS By completing the registration and making the payment of the deposit, the participant declares that he/she has read and accepted these terms and conditions.
